How this data is collected and processed

  1. EI website: scrape profile images, basic info, project data, and role (if present).
  2. EnneadTab: any enrolled computer sends daily hardware info to the server.
  3. IT Static Hardware (Excel): last updated summer 2025; supplements hardware. Processes only "NY + LA" and "SH" sheets to extract office location data.
  4. Partial Update: Excel from step 3 was used to update the Role, Department, and Office Location fields in the Employee Data. Office location comes from the sheet names ("NY + LA" or "SH") in the GPU Master List Excel file.
  5. Static Software Licenses (Excel): last updated summer 2025; supplements software needs.
  6. Note: in the software Excel, the fields "Title", "Office Location", "Production Role" and "Role" are ignored.
  7. 🔒 GATEKEEPING: Only employees in the IT Static Hardware Excel (GPU Master List) are included in the final directory. This ensures the employee list is IT-approved and authoritative.
